Return Policy
Upon delivery, please make sure the person who receives this shipment carefully inspects the order for both visual and concealed damage. Receiving should sign off "subject to further inspection" & note any visible damage. 

Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Special orders or Custom Orders may not be returned. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support at 888-804-0042 within 1 business day. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for refund to be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. If a charge back is initiated by you because of product dissatisfaction, you must return all of the product within 15 calendar days of the original delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
